RETURNS POLICY

 
 

All our products are currently made-to-order and are therefore excluded from return and refund from the point that the customer agrees to delivery and production. We want to make sure that the product is created and delivered to the customer's full satisfaction. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. If a custom-made product from RE-VIVE is delivered in a damaged condition, it will be repaired or replaced by us. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product.
